AT THIS TIME, WE CAN ONLY SHIP INSIDE THE
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES



REGULAR SHIPPING

Shipping rates are designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. The shipping rates we charge are based on the cost of your order and the UPS destination zone. Shipping charges are added to the total amount of your order. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped UPS ground. We will need a physical address for items to be shipped to.
No Post Office Boxes.


OPTIONAL 2ND DAY AIR
We can ship DHL, 2nd Day Air for an additional Shipping charge. This is in addition to our regular shipping charges. You must keep in mind that there is a (1) one day processing of the order, then another (2) two days for shipment to arrive at it's destination. Remember to order early enough to cover at least (3-4) three to four days for rush orders.
You must email or call us for the additional charges before you place your order.



SHIPMENT MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES

This is on bulky or heavy items, and therefore costs more to ship. An additional freight charge to cover the shipping will be determined by the weight of the item and the UPS zone you live in. CALL BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES, IF ANY, ON ANY BULKY OR HEAVY ITEMS.

RETURN POLICY

If you have a return, it must be received by Front Porch Gift Shop within 25 days of the purchase order date.

Call Front Porch Gift Shop at (615) 681-6901, 10AM - 6PM Central Time, within 25 days of purchase.


If you decide you don't want the item before you receive it, do not open it when it arrives. Email or call us and we will give you instructions on how to return the item. Y
ou will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

After you receive the item and you decide that you don't want it,
email or call us and we will give you instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

BE ADVISED
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 25 days of purchase.  

PayPal fees will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
a.    Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped by Front Porch Gift Shop. Items with broken packaging are not   
       returnable.
b.    Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.


ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.


ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact Front Porch Gift Shop within 25 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
